1. Initial in person meeting to discuss goals, challenges, explain the process. Inbody scan
2. Food Log for at least 3 days to get an idea of current nutrition and eating habits (MyFitnessPal or other)
3. Design a personalized plan based on food log and goals (build your plate, calorie based, macro based…)
4. Weekly check in (email, phone or text)
5. Help with grocery shopping/navigating the grocery store, meal prep ideas. And/or go through the fridge and pantry. This can also be done virtually if needed.
