Group Fitness Schedule
Discover our range of group fitness classes, thoughtfully designed to fit diverse schedules and fitness levels. Each class lasts between 45 minutes to an hour, starting with a 5-minute warm-up led by our expert coaches who guide you through the workout stations.
Our classes operate on a precise timer, signaling transitions between stations or sets, ensuring your workout is efficient and effective. After pushing through the main session, enjoy a 5-minute cooldown which can include stretching, meditation, balance exercises, or core strengthening to promote full-body recovery and mindfulness.
